Colour Matching
We now offer a colour matching spray system using Morrells extensive range of wood finishes. Any colour at any sheen level from pure matt to high gloss, all finishes are tested to severe use FIRA standards.
We specialise in bespoke joinery for both the commercial and domestic markets. Our portfolio includes everything from coffee shop design and refurbishment, retail store units, domestic kitchens, bespoke furniture, bars, nightclub refits and bathrooms. We have extensive experience in solid surface fabrication, surface finishing, bespoke joinery and project management.
We are a family firm based in South Shields. We have established clients throughout the UK and in the last three years have completed over 40 coffee shop projects as well as supplying a range of retail units to Spar, Countrywide, Nisa stores, the NHS and Government bodies.
Our products range from complete fit outs to re-finishing. We have also project managed the refurbishment of several bars including one of Newcastle's largest nightclubs.
We have completed many Solid Surface projects throughout the country. As qualified fabricators we are often recommended to clients by manufacturers. Our portfolio includes several high profile projects using materials from all major manufacturers.
We have our own spray shops and can offer a huge range of surface finishes from clear coats to solid colours and special effect finishes. Using industry leading coatings from Morrells we are able to offer extremely hard wearing surfaces without the restrictions laminates often impose. We can also offer mirror like high gloss finishes with outstanding wear properties.
We can offer full designs for new projects or work from existing plans.
We work throughout the country and can provide all additional tradesmen if required.
We have a modern well equipped factory and can supply pre built and finished units even down to the signage. Having built many stand alone displays for some of the UK's largest retail chains, we use the best materials and construction methods to ensure our products not only look great but are built to last.
Our clients wanted something different for their new venture. We worked with them to create a modern counter with elegant clean lines using hardwearing and easily maintained surfaces. The counter front is high gloss white with LG Himacs hygienic solid surface top incorporating under-counter washbasin and prep areas.
Fitted Kitchen
Our clients originally came to us for Solid Surface Worktops having chosen a kitchen from a well known trade supplier. Whilst going through the plans we noticed several filler panels and gaps due to standard kitchen unit sizes being used. Not only were we able to custom build and fit the entire kitchen for less than the 'off the shelf' units they had been quoted for but we colour matched the high gloss doors to their specification and fitted seamless work surfaces, sinks and a double curved breakfast bar.
Home Bar
Our clients asked us to create a feature bar for their games room. We disgned the bar using a mix of high gloss cream, natural walnut and gloss black lacquer with light reflecting holographic chips.. The bar incorporates a fridge and ipod station with feature lighting on the curved wall section and centre panel. All this for less than £2,000. We went on to built a complete cinema room for the same client which can be seen in our portfolio section.
